OCGA Equality and Diversity Policy

At our OCGA Council Strategy Session earlier this year we identified our key values that will underpin all that we do as a Council. One of those core values is inclusivity. The Old Carey Grammarians Association has over 20,000 members, living across the world and ranging in age from 18 to over 100. With such a diversity of members, it is imperative that the OCGA creates an environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all. The OCGA Council embraces the inherent benefit derived from acknowledging and valuing diversity in the delivery of our events and initiatives. We recognise and celebrate diversity in gender, age, ethnicity, religious or cultural background, disability, marital or family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and other areas of potential difference. We are committed to ensuring that all our members feel valued, respected and included. As part of our strong commitment to inclusion, the OCGA Council are proud to have recently launched an Equality and Diversity policy. This policy will underpin our efforts to be a proudly inclusive association. You can read the policy here.
